1. Rental Agreement

These terms govern all vehicle rentals from Luxe On Wheels. By completing a booking you accept these terms and the vehicle-specific conditions shown at checkout.

2. Driver Requirements

Drivers must meet the minimum age for the vehicle class, hold a full valid license for 2+ years, and present it at pickup. Additional drivers must be registered.

3. Use of Vehicle

Vehicles must not be used for racing, track days, towing, sub-hire, or any illegal purpose. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.

4. Charges

The renter is responsible for rental charges, fuel, tolls, fines, and any damage not covered by the selected protection plan, up to the applicable excess.

5. Late Returns

A grace period of 59 minutes applies, after which an additional day is charged.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the rental. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
